Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order’s first delivery attempt date. Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including items marked as "Clearance". Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Danáe reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of a different size or color within 14 days of the order’s first delivery attempt date. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, you may be offered a store credit or refund instead. Store credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the return. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Additional Information: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow 5–7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received. For international orders, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges at this time.
